Al Shirawi FM’s progression in becoming a fully fledged Facilities Management service provider has been achieved over 44 years of strategic planning and development. Starting in 1974 as a mechanical contractor, we initially built our expertise in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.

In subsequent decades, through joint ventures, acquisitions and entrepreneurship, we broadened our horizon to include electrical systems, servicing of large tonnage chillers, general and specialised cleaning services, security services and most recently energy management by achieving RSB Accreditation as an Energy Services Company (ESCO).

Today, we have a strong and integrated service portfolio and are one of the largest FM service providers in the UAE. With 300+ live projects, we are leaders in infrastructure, luxury property, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.

Al Shirawi FM was created with a vision to provide customers in the UAE with world-class facilities services. The essence of the entire organisation breathes this philosophy and energises itself around our company slogan, “Experience the Difference”. Our commitment revolves around this philosophy and it is his commitment that gives facility owners and managers the confidence to use Al Shirawi as opposed to international FM players that operate in this market.

Al Shirawi FM’s technical pedigree is second to none. The organization’s technical pedigree can be traced back to 1974, when Al Shirawi first ventured into the mechanical contracting business. Through the knowledge pool that Al Shirawi developed in the air conditioning industry, it added electrical and plumbing services to its foray and in 2005, Al Shirawi moved to being full-fledged facilities services provider.

Al Shirawi FM’s technical pedigree is backed by the world’s finest IT systems. On the foundation of the Al Shirawi Group’s record breaking investment in Oracle ERP systems, Al Shirawi FM today has ‘inculcated mobile applications to its daily work processes, implemented the bar coding of assets, trained technicians on handheld devices and put together its in-house call center backed by the latest software.
